Some New Clean Energy sectors are moving at lightening speed and these sectors are not rocket science.
We need to stay ahead of, or up with their emerging products and materials which we may need to secure by purchase, or investment in , or at least be aware of their cause and impact on monetary income shifts and true free enterprise markets..
1...... BIG AND RAPID COMMITMENTS to Mid to Large size Clean Electricity Generation in
Water Technologies Projects Locally ((( but , we must track the outside movements in this area because there are things happening very quickly in alliances, ventures and technologies ))
2......One of the fastest moving areas are Auto Manufacturers Productions for purchases of new electric automobiles for our personal residential and commercial sectors.

3......Conversion of our Residential and Commercial sectors to all electric Quickly and
Smartly ( Institutions ??) This a core or central discussion and needs immediate all public involvement, as I think most are just now beginnig to ponder this new and trumping sector applications.
4......COOK INLET DEVELOPMENT AND OUTLYING AREAS -- If we focus our resources on multiple projects in the Inlet area we can bring to bear quick consensus, contribution, innovation, and resources so as to have accountability, funding, and results so as to move new clean energies projects to outlying areas more quickly if not simultaneously.
5...... CITIZENSHIP POPULATION FREEZE (10 years) NOW.
I am very concerned for Alaska for its permanent fund, Individualism, Native and White relationship, Enviornmental, Social, and other aspects ---(ENERGY AND POPULATION are foundations for all things ! nearly) We can make the case for our being the first Nation State to begin the way overdue need to start on Population acccountability by: citizenship as "first in time is first in line" with their offspring or families for alaska citizenship.. (We can draft or import intermediate or temporary work forces for 3 to 6 year periods)
6.....ICE ICE -ICE = ICE & ICE -- OUR SPECIAL CONSIDERATION INTO A PLUS - how ???
With all of the projects we can model after for old, current and future designs in the Inlet and our rivers and shorelines; We must market, understand, and explore our ICE bodies involvments.. Not to mention our Ice may require independant research of (ICE ) Acoustic and other impacts.
7.....ALASKA SPECIFIC = CLEAN ELECTRICITY GENERATION = WATER AND AIR
While all or most of the rest of the world goes Coal, Natural Gas, Nuclear, out of desparation,
Alaska can leap ahead in Water Technology Projects in lean and mean, innovative, quality, long life, practical and exciting.. At the same time there are magnificent new technologies headed our way and we will be an ENERGY TRANSITIONING CAPABLE LEADER in and with these new frontiers of science energies
8.....MOVE ENTIRE STATE SIMULTANEOUSLY IN ELECTRIFICATION---By centralizing our focus on Residential, Water energy, auto electrification here in Anchorage, Matsu Cook Inlet areas we can unfold in a quick, smart, even, equitable, and accountable process..
Where are our leaders ?
9.....Alaska is clearly in struggle to understand our Gas and Oil Future and our Clean Energy Development Necessitity! At the very least if those who want to bet on all fossil fuels, then they should at least assist us in equal funding for Clean Energy Developments. 50 / 50 $$
10....The $ 3 Billion Dollar Bullit Line is not a smart investment! Let me expand briefly, If we use the 3 billion to build Hydroelectric Projects instead;
We would retire debt service on power plant projects = 1500 MW
1500 MW could provide Electricity for 1,500,000 homes for 30 to 50 years --
This paid for electricity generation could last for 30 to 50 years into the future at fixed prices
There are around 300, 000 homes in all of alaska ?
OR
The estimated 200,000 homes and 260,00 personal autos in Anchorage and MatSu could be converted to all electricity within 3 to 6 years
The Piped Natural Gas and Gasoline / Diesel that is now used by our homes for Gas fired Electricity for Heating, Cooking, Transportation, and small commercial businesses in Anchorage and MatSu could be Diverted to those HEAVier INDUSTRIES which may need
gas for their survival and for some specialized jobs... ( keep in mind some new steel industries are going to large HIGH VOLTAGE PLASMA as furnaces)......
THEN, if the BIG BOY PIPELINE really goes we will end up with Natural Gas Offtakes and we still have a great abundance of ELECTRICITY Generation Powerplants.( 3 billion Dollars)
In Conclusion,
This is a quick view of why the Bullit Line is not a smart direction or decision... There are even more considerations and benefits for going all electric for Alaska, Quickly! NOW!
But for some reason or another, for over 2 years now here in Anchorage Alaska we have been refused a large Public Discussion about our Clean New Water Technology based Future Energy Needs, instead, a few energy meetings by a few who would have you meander around the issue so as to beget nearly no progress in our energy needs and opportunities !! TWO YEARS NOW -- As our energy based economy and state investments funds become more precarious and unpredictable along with energy prices and access.
